We work with trusted South African courier partners to make sure your products arrive in excellent condition and within reliable timeframes.

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM or over weekends will be processed on the next working day.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Stock availability

  • Production scheduling for made-to-order or bulk items

  • Payment confirmation

We will contact you if there are any expected delays with your order.

Delivery Timeframes

We deliver throughout South Africa using reputable courier services such as The Courier Guy, Fastway, or similar partners.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Gauteng: 1–2 working days

  • Major cities (Durban, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, etc.): 2–4 working days

  • Outlying or rural areas: 3–7 working days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier capacity, public holidays, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Customers may also arrange for collection from our facility at:

Damaged or Missing Shipments

We take every precaution to package products securely, but if your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items:

  2. Include your order number, photos of the package, and details of the issue.

We’ll investigate with our courier partner and resolve the matter promptly.

Cemtec Adhesives currently ships only within South Africa.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
