At Cemtec Adhesives, we stand by the quality and performance of every product we manufacture.
If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To request a return, please contact us first at info@cemtecadhesives.com before sending any items back.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The product must be in a condition suitable for resale.

  • You’ll need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Returns that have been opened, used, or show signs of damage caused by improper handling or storage cannot be accepted.

How to Return a Product

To start a return, email info@cemtecadhesives.com with your order details and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and return address.

Please note:

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect product supplied.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us immediately at info@cemtecadhesives.com.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Non-Returnable Products

For safety and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom-formulated or made-to-order items

  • Hazardous or flammable materials once packaging has been opened

  • Bulk orders manufactured to customer specifications

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to clear the funds.
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@cemtecadhesives.com.
